How it works
Use morning or night, after your serum. The jade stays cool against skin, which is most of the point.
Glide the dual-head roller outward — chin to ear, jaw to temple. Ten passes each side.
Switch to the heart gua sha. Hold a 15° angle and sweep the cheekbone, light pressure only.
Finish under the eyes with the small end, feather-light. Lifted, not worked.

No. Jade holds a cool temperature on its own. Chilling it makes the depuffing effect stronger, so it's worth doing — just not required.
Polished nephrite with no ingredients, so there's nothing to react to. Use light pressure and always glide over serum or oil rather than dry skin.
Warm water and a soft cloth after each use. Skip the dishwasher and don't soak it — the roller's metal frame doesn't love sitting in water.
