Products
Our sets are made from natural nephrite jade. Because the stone is natural, the colour, veining and pattern of the piece you receive will differ from the photographs and from every other set. That variation is a feature of real stone, not a fault, and isn't grounds for a change-of-mind return beyond the standard 30-day window.
These are beauty tools, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Facial rolling and gua sha may help with the temporary appearance of puffiness, but we make no claim that they treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a skin condition, recent injury, or are undergoing treatment, check with your doctor before use.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, and your order is only confirmed once payment clears.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — and refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we can't deliver to your address.
Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns

Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate delivery and contact details, and not to misuse the site — no attempting to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The GetLumiJade name, site design, photography and written content belong to us. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law allows us to say so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
